Senior Compensation Consultant, APAC AMET Operations/Customer Service

Key job responsibilities

• This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization
- Overall experience of 6 – 10 years, in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.
- Deep compensation knowledge required, including understanding of APAC AMET compensation practices and regulations.
- Written and verbal communication abilities, including the ability to listen, synthesize ideas, and explain complex issues clearly and succinctly to various audiences.
- Excel and analytics skills.- Problem solving, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player.
- Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data.
- Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks. Comfortable with large data sets.
- Highly analytical and quantitative skills and detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.
- Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Excel Macros; familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts, decisions, and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders.
