What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in defining AngelList's talent strategy. You will lead the recruitment efforts, ensuring that the company attracts and retains high-quality talent that aligns with its mission. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for enhancing the employer value proposition, ensuring that it resonates with potential candidates. Your role will involve analyzing hiring metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing best practices in the recruitment process. You will foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity, ensuring that AngelList is a welcoming environment for all candidates. Additionally, you will represent AngelList at industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships with potential candidates and industry leaders.
