What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the scheduling and calendar management for assigned executives, working closely with them to prioritize their time and attendance. You will provide strategic input on executive-level project management, ensuring that initiatives align with the company's vision and goals. Your responsibilities will include managing the operational cadence of the Go-To-Market organization, facilitating communication between executives and their teams, and ensuring that projects are executed efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to gain insight into the vision and strategy of Klaviyo, contributing to the success of the leadership team.
