Samsara is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to build and scale a customer reference program. You'll drive customer advocacy and support go-to-market teams with impactful stories. This role requires strategic thinking and a customer-focused mindset.
You have a strong background in customer marketing, with experience in building and managing customer reference programs that amplify customer voices and drive advocacy. You understand the importance of customer stories in influencing growth and retention, and you have a strategic mindset that enables you to design processes that empower customer advocates. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure that customer insights are effectively integrated into marketing strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of customer advocacy to internal stakeholders and external audiences alike. You are data-driven, using metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives and continuously improve the customer reference program.
