What you'll do

As a Solutions Architect at LaunchDarkly, you will play a pivotal role in the Professional Services organization, working directly with customers to implement and optimize the LaunchDarkly platform. You will lead strategic engagements, guiding teams through the adoption of modern release practices that enhance their software delivery capabilities. Your technical expertise will be essential in helping customers understand how to leverage the platform effectively, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and DevOps leaders to establish best practices and drive organizational change. This involves educating teams on the value of decoupling deployment from release, enabling them to deliver software more rapidly and reliably. You will champion the adoption of best practices that foster excitement for building great software, ultimately contributing to the long-term success of your customers.
