What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product roadmap for Easyship's API and developer platform, managing priorities from discovery through release and iteration. You will define the strategic vision for Easyship's platform and API ecosystem, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the API is robust, scalable, and meets the needs of developers. You will champion API-first thinking across the organization, advocating for the importance of a seamless integration experience for partners and platforms. You will leverage ROI assessment methodologies to evaluate the impact of your product decisions and drive continuous improvement. You will collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and translate them into product features that enhance user satisfaction and drive adoption. You will also engage with the developer community to gather feedback and insights that inform your product strategy.
