Experience with AI-driven personalization is a significant advantage, as you will be collaborating with AI teams to enhance user engagement. You will drive experimentation frameworks and funnel improvements grounded in data, ensuring that your strategies are effective and measurable. You will also partner with AI teams to create personalized user experiences that enhance engagement and retention. As a leader, you will manage a small team, fostering a collaborative environment where innovative ideas can flourish. You will work closely with product, UX, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive growth initiatives.
