Who you are

You are a team-oriented individual who thrives in a physically demanding environment. You have a high school diploma and are comfortable using computers and scanning devices. You understand the importance of safety and productivity in a warehouse setting and are able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. You have good attendance and punctuality, ensuring that you contribute positively to your team's performance. You are focused on achieving daily goals and are willing to follow all safety, GMP, and SQF policies and procedures. You are able to stand, walk, stoop, reach, and lift for extended periods, demonstrating your physical capability for the job.

What you'll do

As a PT Sorter at HelloFresh, you will work within a team to safely receive and sort all volume for your shift. You will ensure that incoming volume is directed to the correct destination on time, communicating any delays or issues to the Sort Supervisor. You will attend pre-sort meetings to align with daily goals and contribute to results on safety, productivity, cost, quality, and on-time delivery. You will use internal technology and systems to conduct operations and assist in various warehouse areas as needed. Your role will also involve enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

HelloFresh offers a competitive pay rate of $18.50 per hour for this position. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment where safety and efficiency are prioritized. The schedule for this role is Saturday to Monday from 12 am to 7 am, allowing for a focused work period. You will receive training on operating manual and electric pallet jacks, ensuring you are well-equipped to perform your duties effectively.
