CI&T is seeking a Data & AI Strategist to drive data enablement and organizational adoption of AI technologies. You'll work on data products and client relationships while leveraging your experience with data solutions. This role requires strong strategic thinking and familiarity with AI.
You have a strong background in data solutions and a keen interest in AI technologies — your experience enables you to help clients recognize the value of data in their strategic objectives. You possess excellent communication skills in English and have worked with international clients, showcasing your adaptability and strategic thinking. Your problem-solving abilities and creativity allow you to identify opportunities for new data products through research and feedback. You are familiar with data capabilities such as strategy, governance, management, and enablement, which are crucial for fostering a data-oriented culture within organizations.
In this role, you will be responsible for data enablement, working on data products, monetization, and sharing strategies to enhance client relationships. You will ensure adherence to strategic plans while managing risks associated with project execution. Your oversight will extend to monitoring client relationships to ensure contract success and identifying opportunities for contract expansion. You will organize roles and responsibilities within teams to achieve effective project outcomes, supporting business processes that foster a data-oriented culture. Additionally, you will provide support to clients in creating tailored data solutions, including data platforms, data visualization tools, AI models, and generative AI applications. Your proactive approach will help leverage AI for innovative solutions, ensuring that clients can maximize the benefits of their data initiatives.
