Marqeta is seeking an Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs. You'll work closely with the Head of Experiential Marketing to ensure seamless event operations. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in event coordination.
You have 2-3 years of experience in event coordination, thriving in fast-paced environments where you can juggle multiple tasks effectively. Detail-oriented and resourceful, you are energized by producing memorable brand experiences and enjoy working closely with various stakeholders. Your ability to manage logistics and coordinate with vendors makes you an ideal fit for this role. You are eager to deepen your expertise across the full events lifecycle, gaining exposure to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
As Marqeta’s Events Coordinator, you will support the end-to-end planning and execution of various events, including conferences, trade shows, and brand activations. You will assist in developing event timelines, run-of-show documentation, and staffing plans, ensuring that every detail is meticulously planned. Your role will involve securing venues, managing booth assets, and coordinating shipments, all while maintaining an organized inventory of materials. You will also manage pre-event tasks such as registration, speaker preparation, and internal communications to ensure a smooth event experience.
