You have 3+ years of backend engineering experience, demonstrating a strong ability to deliver complex projects from inception to completion. Your technical expertise includes proficiency in Java and Spring, allowing you to build robust backend systems that support scalable applications. You are comfortable participating in technical discussions and are often the go-to person for guidance and troubleshooting within your team. Mentoring junior engineers is something you enjoy, and you actively contribute to setting best practices for coding and code reviews. You understand the importance of business and engineering metrics and regularly work with your team to improve performance, quality, and availability.

Desirable

Experience with REST APIs and familiarity with agile methodologies would be beneficial. A background in mentoring and team leadership is a plus, as is a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll do
