Carvana is seeking a Paintless Dent Repair Technician to join their team in Blue Mound, TX. You'll utilize your automotive PDR experience to repair vehicle panels using advanced techniques. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in paintless dent repair.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the needs of the business, including working mandatory overtime when necessary. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring you can collaborate with your team and understand instructions clearly.

Desirable

While not required, any additional certifications or training in automotive repair will be considered a plus. Experience with high-tech tools and equipment in automotive settings will also enhance your candidacy, as will a strong commitment to safety and quality in your work.

What you'll do

As a Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and performing repairs using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. Your role will involve working on various vehicle panels, ensuring that repairs meet the high standards expected by our customers. You will collaborate closely with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure that vehicles are delivered on time. You will also participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and keep up with the latest techniques in paintless dent repair. Your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will be crucial as you contribute to Carvana's mission of providing exceptional service.
