Easyship is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage strategic client relationships and drive customer success. You'll work closely with enterprise clients to ensure smooth onboarding and identify growth opportunities. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in the logistics or eCommerce sectors. You excel at building long-term relationships with clients and have a knack for understanding their strategic objectives and aligning them with solutions. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, allowing you to anticipate challenges and provide effective solutions. You are a strong communicator, capable of engaging with clients at various levels and ensuring they see the value in your company's offerings. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with support, operations, and product teams to drive customer success. You are proactive in tracking customer progress and identifying opportunities for expansion within your portfolio of accounts.
In this role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring that clients are onboarded smoothly and that they adopt the Easyship platform effectively. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding each client's unique needs and long-term business goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting success reviews, tracking progress, and demonstrating the value of Easyship's solutions to clients. You will proactively engage with customers to mitigate risks of churn and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that customer challenges are addressed promptly and effectively. Your role will also involve pursuing expansion opportunities within existing accounts, helping clients scale their operations globally.
