Google is hiring a Product Solutions Engineer to work on platforms and TV solutions. You'll leverage your skills in Java, JavaScript, and Python to troubleshoot technical issues and develop business intelligence dashboards. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client-side web technologies and programming languages.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or possess equivalent practical experience. With at least 3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, you are well-versed in coding with programming languages like Java, C/C++, or Python. Your experience includes troubleshooting technical issues for both internal and external partners or customers, showcasing your problem-solving skills in real-world scenarios. You are familiar with unit testing, agile software development, and bug and change management systems, which are essential for maintaining high-quality software solutions.
In addition to your technical expertise, you have a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, which enhances your understanding of complex systems. You have experience in developing business intelligence platform dashboards and workflows, utilizing SQL to manage and analyze data effectively. Your understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) based solutions positions you as a forward-thinking engineer who can contribute to innovative projects. Excellent project management and communication skills are part of your toolkit, allowing you to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver solutions effectively.
As a Product Solutions Engineer at Google, you will be part of gTech’s Professional Services team, where you will take a creative, collaborative, and customer-centric approach to provide foundational services and forward-looking business solutions to top advertiser and publisher customers. You will be responsible for technical implementation and optimization, helping customers attain their business goals while building long-term capabilities. Your role will involve landing new features for users and improving their experiences with existing features, ensuring they get the most out of the Android ecosystem.
You will drive the identification of pain points in existing operations and tools, scoping and prioritizing solutions to address these challenges. Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating effectively with teams, users, and partners will be crucial to your success. You will also support legal and compliance efforts by developing data preservation policies, managing access controls, and assisting with data-related legal matters. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues will be key in maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with Google’s products.
