You have a proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in leading teams focused on customer-facing solutions. Your background includes working closely with engineering and customer teams to define product strategies that drive significant business impact. You are passionate about leveraging data and AI to enhance business processes and improve customer experiences.
You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to build and mentor a team of product managers. You understand the importance of aligning product development with customer needs and market trends, ensuring that your team delivers high-quality solutions that address real pain points.
Your experience includes developing best-in-class solutions in the domain of customer service, marketing, sales, or commerce. You are adept at navigating complex stakeholder environments and can effectively communicate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You are data-driven and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to make informed decisions based on user feedback and market research. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.
Experience in SaaS product management is a plus, as is familiarity with process intelligence technologies. You may have a background in AI or data analytics, which would further enhance your ability to drive product innovation in this space.
In this role, you will lead a team of product managers dedicated to the Front Office domain. Your primary responsibility will be to define and execute the product strategy, ensuring that your team develops solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value. You will work closely with customers to understand their challenges and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
You will collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
