Vana is seeking a Supervisor de Cobranza to lead and supervise the collections team, ensuring compliance with strategies and policies. This role focuses on maximizing recovery and maintaining quality in customer interactions.
You have a strong background in collections and team leadership, with experience in the fintech sector.
