You have a strong background in risk management, particularly in operational risk, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. You understand the complexities of compliance and have a keen eye for identifying potential risks that could impact business operations. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to assess risk factors effectively and propose actionable solutions. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into all aspects of the business. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex risk concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with payroll and HR processes. You may also have certifications in risk management or compliance, which would further enhance your qualifications for this role.
