Overview

SageSure is seeking a Claims Technical Solutions Specialist I to drive consistency in claims processes and support partners' needs. This role requires a process-driven mindset and a focus on technology to implement operational changes.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a process-driven property claims expert with a keen understanding of business needs and technology. You possess the ability to articulate strategic visions while implementing tactical changes effectively. Your experience allows you to liaise with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business and system requirements. You are comfortable working with technology teams and external vendors to develop appropriate solutions that meet customer needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can identify gaps in requirements and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct research and analysis to understand business needs and problems related to claims processes. You will partner with technology teams to support the development of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include creating test scenarios and developing test plans to ensure that business applications meet specified requirements. You will also play a crucial role in introducing necessary changes to processes and systems, ensuring that these changes are smoothly integrated into business operations.
