You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing logistical operations such as inventory and scheduling. You are comfortable working in a dynamic environment that may require evening hours and direct client contact.
What you'll do
As the Syringe Access Services Coordinator, you will ensure the smooth operation of GLIDE's Syringe Access Services and Disposal Program. You will be responsible for providing clients with sterile supplies and equipment, empowering them to make informed decisions about their health and available resources. Your role will involve logistical support, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate data records. You will assist the SAS Program Manager in contract reporting and staff scheduling, ensuring that the program runs efficiently. Community outreach will be a significant part of your responsibilities, as you engage with high-risk individuals to promote the services offered by GLIDE. You will also play a key role in training staff and volunteers to effectively support the program's mission.
