In this role, you will partner closely with various hiring stakeholders to scale Nextdoor's R&D hiring efforts. You will flex across various technical disciplines, including Engineering, Data Science, and Design, acting as a recruiting partner for the Product Management organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer negotiation. You will also play a critical role in building candidate engagement strategies that help assemble a world-class team. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting, ensuring that Nextdoor remains competitive in attracting top talent. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to refine processes and improve the overall candidate experience.
