Waymo is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the execution of core infrastructure programs. You have 5+ years of experience in technical program management, particularly in infrastructure or related fields. You possess a strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration and are adept at managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Your ability to define and track key performance indicators is essential for success in this role. You thrive in environments that require proactive risk management and thoughtful urgency, ensuring that projects stay on track and meet their objectives. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can drive conversations that lead to actionable outcomes. Your communication skills allow you to effectively partner with various functions within the organization, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience in the autonomous driving or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with simulation platforms and high-availability systems. You may have a background in engineering or a related technical field, which enhances your ability to understand the challenges faced by engineering teams. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget will set you apart as a candidate. You are also open to mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
In this role, you will own and drive the execution of core infrastructure programs at Waymo. Waymo offers a competitive salary range of $196,000—$248,000 USD, along with eligibility for an annual bonus program and equity incentive plan.
