You have a strong background in product marketing, particularly within the blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi) sectors — your experience has equipped you with a deep understanding of traditional financial markets and the evolving landscape of crypto solutions. You excel at translating complex technical capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with institutional audiences. Your analytical mindset allows you to form data-driven viewpoints on growth strategies and tactics, ensuring that your marketing efforts are both effective and impactful.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating the complexities of the financial services industry — your ability to adapt and innovate in response to market changes sets you apart. You are a collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure alignment on messaging and strategy. Your passion for the crypto space drives you to stay informed about industry trends and competitor movements, allowing you to position Ripple's offerings effectively.

Desirable

What you'll do

Leading go-to-market strategies will be a key focus, as you work to translate technical capabilities into compelling narratives for institutional audiences. You will conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, ensuring that our marketing efforts are aligned with market demands.

You will collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure that marketing materials accurately reflect product features and benefits — your insights will help guide product enhancements and new feature development. Additionally, you will work with sales teams to equip them with the tools and knowledge they need to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
