Your ability to interface with various vendor solutions and legacy applications is a key asset in this role. What you'll do

As an Enterprise Solution Consultant at Benchling, you will be the primary solution lead for our largest customers and prospects. You will partner with both external and internal teams to develop optimal solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your role will involve working closely with sales leadership, account executives, and professional services to ensure that the best solutions are presented. You will engage with senior leaders in the life sciences sector, helping them understand how Benchling’s R&D Cloud can transform their operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting needs assessments, crafting tailored solutions, and presenting them to stakeholders. You will also be involved in ongoing support and optimization of the solutions deployed in complex enterprise environments.
