Behavox is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to drive customer value and ensure zero churn. You'll leverage strong business acumen to help customers achieve their KPIs. This role requires experience in customer success and a focus on upselling.
You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your strong business acumen allows you to understand customer needs and craft tailored strategies that drive value and satisfaction. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for identifying upsell opportunities that benefit both the customer and the company. You are results-oriented, with a focus on ensuring zero churn and maximizing ROI for your clients. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Experience in a technology or data-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with AI/ML solutions. You are comfortable using data analytics to measure success and guide customer strategies. A background in project management or operations can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Behavox, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and execution of customer deliverables during the delivery stage.
