What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Create:Source Code at GitLab, you will lead a team of engineers focused on delivering a world-class repository experience for our customers. You will be responsible for creating a supportive environment that encourages innovation and collaboration. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss their career development and provide guidance on their projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, facilitating communication between engineering, product, and design teams. You will help define the technical direction of your team, ensuring that they are equipped with the tools and resources needed to succeed.

You will also be involved in the hiring process, identifying and attracting top talent to join your team.
