Earnin is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive the growth of new products through strategic marketing campaigns. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize skills in Google Analytics and Google Ads. This role requires significant experience in growth marketing.
You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, particularly in launching and promoting new products. Your expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising, has allowed you to successfully drive user acquisition and engagement. You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools to inform your strategies, ensuring that your campaigns are optimized for performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, analytics, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders effectively. You are passionate about understanding customer needs and behaviors, using insights to shape marketing initiatives that resonate with target audiences.
Experience with affiliate marketing and offline channels is a plus, as is familiarity with financial products or services. A background in analytics or data science can enhance your ability to make data-informed decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for Earnin's new products, including Early Pay and Card. You will design and implement campaigns across various digital and offline channels, focusing on maximizing user adoption and engagement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will create paid growth plans that align with product launches and overall business objectives. You will analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Your role will also involve working with affiliate and offline/hybrid channel managers to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all platforms. You will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, adjusting your strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market. Your contributions will directly impact Earnin's growth trajectory and help shape the future of financial flexibility for our community members.
Earnin provides a competitive salary range of $162,000 to $198,000, along with equity and benefits. You will be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and collaboration, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
