Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO)

Who you are

You are a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the lending industry. You have at least 3 years of active full-time licensed lending experience, having successfully managed a minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages. You are committed to maintaining the Utah Lending Manager license and completing the required annual Continuing Education. Your background demonstrates financial responsibility and character, ensuring that you operate honestly and efficiently within the purposes of this title.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with the legal department to support the business licensing function. You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain your Utah Lending Manager license. Your responsibilities will include completing the necessary Continuing Education annually to keep your license active. You will also be expected to travel occasionally to Charlotte as required, ensuring that you stay connected with the team and the business operations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring compliance excellence within the organization, and you will collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic fintech environment.
