You have extensive experience in machine learning, with a proven track record of leading teams to develop and deploy innovative ML solutions. Your background includes working with applied scientists and engineers to create scalable systems that enhance user safety and community trust. You are adept at setting strategic visions and ensuring that your team is aligned with the overall goals of the organization. You possess strong communication skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and safety operations.
You are familiar with modern machine learning techniques, including fine-tuned large language models (LLMs), and understand how to leverage these technologies to address complex challenges in online safety. Your leadership style fosters a high-performing culture, encouraging team members to innovate and excel in their roles.
