Stay22 is seeking a Mid-Level FP&A Analyst to support financial forecasting, KPI reporting, and variance analysis. You'll work closely with the finance team to build scalable processes and insights. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling.
You have a background in finance with experience in financial analysis and planning — you've supported forecasting and budgeting processes in a technology-driven environment. You are proficient in building financial models and conducting variance analysis, helping to identify key drivers of performance. Your analytical skills allow you to prepare insightful reports and dashboards that inform executive leadership decisions. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with senior analysts and finance directors to support strategic initiatives. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of financial metrics and KPIs that drive business success. You embrace a flexible work environment and are eager to contribute to a growing team.
In this role, you will prepare monthly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring that financial models are updated with current business inputs. You will be responsible for preparing weekly KPIs and dashboards for executive leadership, utilizing BI tools to build and maintain automated reports. Conducting variance analysis will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you help identify discrepancies between actuals and budgeted figures. You will assist in preparing monthly financial reporting packages and develop financial analyses for business cases and pricing decisions. Additionally, you will support headcount planning and collaborate with the accounting team during the monthly close process to ensure completeness of financial data. Your contributions will help the company scale and meet investor expectations.
