LendingTree is seeking a Lending Manager to support the business licensing function within the legal department. This role requires maintaining the Utah Lending Manager license and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
You are a licensed professional with at least 3 years of active full-time lending experience, having successfully managed a minimum of 45 first lien residential mortgages. You hold an active Mortgage Loan Originator license and are committed to maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your background demonstrates financial responsibility and a strong character, ensuring that you operate honestly and efficiently within the lending framework. You are at least 18 years of age and have never had a loan originator license revoked in any jurisdiction. You understand the importance of continuous education and are prepared to complete the required annual Continuing Education to maintain your licensing.
As the Lending Manager at LendingTree, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business licensing function within the legal department. You will maintain the Utah Lending Manager license and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your responsibilities will include maintaining communication with the legal department to address any compliance issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for completing the required annual Continuing Education to keep your license active.
