What you'll do

As a Vehicle Title Clerk at Carvana, you will report to the Office Manager and be responsible for processing incoming vehicle titles. Your primary duty will be to ensure that titles are transferable to buyers efficiently and accurately. You will maintain high standards of accuracy in your work, which is crucial for the smooth operation of the title processing department. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive the attention they deserve. Your role may involve notifying the Office Manager of any issues or concerns that arise during the title processing.
