Bandwidth is seeking a Toddler Guide to provide high-quality Montessori/RIE based programming for children aged 4 months to 5 years. This role requires a passion for child development and collaboration with families.
You are a dedicated individual with a passion for early childhood education, eager to provide respectful and cognitively stimulating programming for children aged 4 months to 5 years. You thrive in a collaborative environment, sharing knowledge and learning from others while being open to continuous education. Your commitment to partnering with families ensures that you provide the best support for children's development and individual needs.
As a Toddler Guide at Bandwidth's Ohana Child Development Center, you will coordinate with families to create a nurturing and engaging environment for children. Your responsibilities will include implementing Montessori/RIE based programming, observing and assessing children's development, and providing continuous feedback to families. You will work closely with other guides and caregivers to foster a supportive community that celebrates differences and encourages authentic self-expression.
