Overview

Axon is seeking a Senior Manager in Electrical Engineering to lead the Video team in designing innovative video product electronics. You'll oversee projects related to body-worn cameras and in-vehicle systems, leveraging your expertise in electrical engineering. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills.

You have over 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in the design and development of electronic systems. Your background includes managing engineering teams and guiding projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes that align with business objectives. You possess strong technical expertise in video electronics and are familiar with the latest technologies in the field. Your leadership style emphasizes mentorship and collaboration, fostering an environment where team members can thrive and innovate.

You are adept at building cross-functional relationships, working closely with design partners and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Video Electrical Engineering team, managing a small group of skilled engineers.
