Data Center Manager, Data Center Operations

Who you are

You are a proven manager with experience managing teams of high performers. You have the ability to refine and develop processes to optimize operational excellence in every area of your role. You can drive performance levels to achieve the pace at which we build and operate Data Centers in India for Amazon Data Services India Private Limited. You have previous experience in Data Centers, either building or managing, along with exposure to developing great relationships with both internal teams and external vendors. You are passionate about delivering the best results for our customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, and operations managers. You will collaborate with people across AWS to help deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. You will work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring that our data centers run smoothly and efficiently.
