You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in the sports and entertainment sectors. You excel at building relationships and have a proven track record of helping clients achieve their goals through effective communication and strategic guidance. Your ability to advocate for customer needs internally is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can leverage insights to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Experience working with professional sports organizations or in the entertainment industry is a plus. Familiarity with AI marketing platforms and customer relationship management tools will help you excel in this position. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a Customer Success Manager at Attentive, you will own the end-to-end customer relationship for clients in the Pro Sports and Entertainment verticals. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring that customers realize the ongoing value from our platform. You will work closely with clients like the MLB and NFL Clubs, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their marketing goals. You will collaborate with the Sales team to define success metrics and expand customer engagement strategies. Additionally, you will represent customer needs to internal teams, including Partnerships, Product, and Professional Services, to ensure that their feedback is effectively translated into product direction and strategy. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients, analyzing their usage of the platform, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
