Mixpanel is seeking an Event Manager (Contract) to execute flagship user conferences in San Francisco and New York. You'll manage event logistics and vendor coordination, ensuring seamless and engaging experiences. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
You are an organized and detail-driven professional with experience in event management. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have a knack for coordinating logistics and managing timelines. Your ability to communicate effectively with vendors and teams ensures that every event runs smoothly and meets business goals. In this role, you will own the day-to-day logistics for Mixpanel’s flagship MXP user conferences in San Francisco and New York. You will manage vendor and venue coordination, including audiovisual needs, catering, signage, and production. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing registration processes, attendee communications, and check-in procedures to ensure a seamless experience for all participants. You will support updates to landing pages and coordinate event content, ensuring that all materials align with the event's objectives. You will track and manage partner deliverables and activations, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the planning process. Your role will require close collaboration with regional marketing, demand generation, and revenue teams to ensure that each event is engaging and aligned with business goals.
