Overview

Vonage is hiring an Identity & Numbering Operations Analyst to oversee global registration operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You'll manage relationships with carriers and analyze operational data to optimize workflows. This role requires 3+ years of operations experience in Telecom or unified communications.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of operations experience in Telecom or unified communications, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and compliance workflows. You excel at managing relationships with various stakeholders, including customers and carrier partners, ensuring seamless operations in complex environments. Your analytical skills allow you to identify trends and drive automation initiatives effectively, contributing to operational efficiency.

You are a subject matter expert in registration operations, particularly for US services such as 10DLC, Toll-Free, Short Codes, and RCS. Your ability to mentor junior analysts showcases your leadership skills and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across the team. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales and product teams to streamline onboarding processes for high-value enterprise customers.

Desirable

Experience in negotiating with Tier 1 global carriers and aggregators is a plus, as is familiarity with evolving regulatory mandates. Your proactive approach to updating internal compliance standards will be invaluable in this role. You are comfortable analyzing operational data to report on volume, timelines, and vendor performance, providing insights to leadership that drive strategic decisions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end registration lifecycles for various US services, ensuring that all processes are compliant with regulatory requirements. You will manage day-to-day relationships with Tier 1 global carriers, negotiating directly to resolve any vetting disputes that may arise. Your collaboration with other Regional Specialists will be crucial in monitoring and interpreting evolving regulatory mandates, allowing you to proactively update internal compliance standards.
