You have 3+ years of operations experience in Telecom or unified communications, demonstrating a strong understanding of regulatory landscapes and compliance workflows. You excel at managing relationships with various stakeholders, including customers and carrier partners, ensuring seamless operations in complex environments. Your analytical skills allow you to identify trends and drive automation initiatives effectively, contributing to operational efficiency.
You are a subject matter expert in registration operations, particularly for US services such as 10DLC, Toll-Free, Short Codes, and RCS. Your ability to mentor junior analysts showcases your leadership skills and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across the team. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with sales and product teams to streamline onboarding processes for high-value enterprise customers.
Experience in negotiating with Tier 1 global carriers and aggregators is a plus, as is familiarity with evolving regulatory mandates. You are comfortable analyzing operational data to report on volume, timelines, and vendor performance, providing insights to leadership that drive strategic decisions.
