Handshake is seeking Career/Technical Education Teachers to contribute to an AI training project. You'll leverage your professional experience to evaluate AI models and provide feedback. This role is remote and flexible, requiring no prior AI experience.
You have at least 4 years of professional experience in a career or technical education field, which will enable you to effectively evaluate and train AI models. You are comfortable working independently and can manage your time flexibly, averaging 5-20 hours per week. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to deliver clear and structured feedback that enhances AI understanding of workplace tasks and language. You are open to learning new skills and adapting to the evolving landscape of AI in your field. You understand the importance of integrating academic knowledge with practical experience, and you are eager to contribute to the development of AI technologies.
In this role, you will evaluate AI models based on your professional expertise, providing insights that help refine their understanding of specific tasks and language used in your field. You will develop prompts that accurately reflect your area of expertise, guiding the AI in generating relevant responses.
