Instacart is seeking a Researcher for Executive Recruiting to drive insights and talent mapping for leadership roles. You'll collaborate closely with Executive Recruiters to identify transformational leaders across various functions. This role requires strategic thinking and a strong understanding of executive talent markets.
You have a strategic mindset and are insights-driven, with experience in executive recruiting or talent acquisition. You understand the complexities of mapping executive talent markets and can build competitive insights that will help shape the future of Instacart. Your ability to surface transformational leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Go-to-Market, and G&A is key to your success in this role. You thrive in a flexible work environment and are comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Experience in a fast-paced environment where you have successfully partnered with executive recruiters to fill critical leadership positions. Familiarity with the grocery or e-commerce industry is a plus, as is a background in data analysis to support your insights-driven approach.
In this role, you will be the intelligence engine behind Instacart’s most critical leadership hires. You will map executive talent markets, build competitive insights, and surface transformational leaders who will shape the company’s future. You will partner closely with Executive Recruiters to understand their needs and provide them with the insights necessary to attract top talent. Your work will involve analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to ensure that Instacart remains a leader in attracting the best executive talent.
You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of executive candidates, leveraging various sourcing strategies to identify potential leaders. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial as you engage with candidates and present opportunities at Instacart. You will contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that the company is well-positioned to meet its leadership needs.
