Stock Movement Team Leader

Who you are

You have a proven background in warehouse supervision, stock movement, or logistics in a high-volume environment — you understand how stock movement impacts customer satisfaction and can align operations accordingly. Your experience includes managing teams and optimizing warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy. You are knowledgeable about Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), FCMS Handheld Terminals, and other tools that facilitate stock flow and data accuracy. You are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring compliance with HR and safety regulations. Flexibility is key in your role, as you are prepared to step up to cover multiple operational areas or the Shift Manager role when necessary.

What you'll do

As the Stock Movement Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring stock availability and timely replenishment across four key operational areas. You will oversee and optimize stock movement to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely availability of products. Your role will involve utilizing WMS, FCMS, Matflo, and Dash Reports to monitor stock flow and maintain real-time data accuracy. You will manage and troubleshoot automated warehouse systems, ensuring smooth operations with minimal downtime. Close communication with Flow Control, Production, Warehouse, Inventory, and Quality teams will be essential, as you will coordinate efforts to maintain a continuous production line while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of operations. You will lead your team with a customer-centric approach, ensuring that stock movement aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
