Uber is seeking a Logistics Operations Manager to drive growth and optimize operations in Brazil. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. This role requires strong operational and analytical skills with a focus on stakeholder management.
You have at least 3 years of experience in operations or business, demonstrating strong operational and analytical skills. You possess a strategic business sense and excel in stakeholder management, allowing you to effectively collaborate with various teams. Your problem-solving abilities enable you to identify root causes of risks and opportunities, proposing practical solutions that consider trade-offs. You are adept at monitoring and interpreting key operational and financial metrics, which helps you develop strategies and action plans that align with business priorities.
In this role, you will take strategic ownership by helping to develop and implement strategies that achieve business priorities in Brazil. You will work closely with local and regional operations, product teams, and external partners to create and execute initiatives that expand Uber's 3P partnerships. Your responsibilities will include optimizing and scaling core analyses and processes across Brazil, regularly reviewing performance to ensure effectiveness. You will maintain productive working relationships with peers and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, communications, policy, and legal to implement initiatives that address user pain points and drive growth.
