What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the training lifecycle for manufacturing roles, ensuring that all technicians, leads, and supervisors are equipped with the necessary skills to build, diagnose, and service vehicles safely. You will define and maintain training standards that align with operational goals and safety regulations. You will work closely with subject matter experts to develop curricula that meet the needs of the manufacturing teams. Your responsibilities will include designing training systems, delivering workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will also be responsible for tracking workforce competency and ensuring that all training is documented and compliant with industry standards. Collaboration is key, as you will partner with various stakeholders to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with production goals and operational readiness. You will play a crucial role in scaling manufacturing operations as the company prepares for the commercial deployment of its autonomous mobility service.
