What you'll do

As a Senior Game Designer at Netflix, you will lead the design process from concept through production and live operations. You will collaborate closely with the Game Lead and other team members to ensure that the games you create are not only high-quality but also enjoyable for a broad audience. Your role will involve brainstorming and developing innovative gameplay mechanics that leverage the unique capabilities of cloud gaming. You will also be responsible for playtesting and iterating on game designs based on feedback from players and team members alike.

You will mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills and contribute to the team. Your leadership will help foster a creative environment where all team members feel empowered to share their ideas and collaborate effectively. You will also engage with consumer insights to understand player preferences and trends, ensuring that your designs are aligned with audience expectations.
