What you'll do

As a Technical Lead at Koalafi, you will be responsible for leading the engineering efforts for our non-prime installment loan product — this includes defining the technical strategy and overseeing the integration of our systems with a third-party loan servicing platform. You will guide a team of engineers in integrating with external servicing APIs and ensuring that our internal systems and APIs are optimized for performance and compliance. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, risk analysts, and compliance officers to ensure that our solutions meet regulatory standards while delivering a seamless customer experience. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, helping them grow their skills and navigate technical challenges as they arise. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the technical direction of our initiatives and ensuring that we deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
