Experience in the food industry or a similar fast-paced environment would be advantageous. Familiarity with automation engineering and reliability engineering principles will enhance your ability to lead your team effectively. What you'll do

As the Engineering Supervisor at HelloFresh, you will manage and provide leadership to a team of Automation Engineers, Reliability Engineers, and Junior Engineers. Your primary responsibility will be to coach, guide, and mentor your team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their professional goals. You will implement maintenance procedures and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability, ensuring that operations run smoothly.

You will be tasked with driving excellent standards within your team, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and enhance efficiency. This will involve analyzing current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that lead to better outcomes. You will also be responsible for reporting incidents and actively raising health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager, contributing to a safe and secure working environment.

Collaboration will be a key aspect of your role, as you will work closely with other engineering teams and senior management to align on goals and objectives. You will participate in regular meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that your team is always moving in the right direction.
