Job Description

Job Description:
Amazon Brazil is seeking an exceptional Senior Program Manager to lead our Program Tech & Analytics Execution team, driving technological integration and optimization across Brazil's operations. This role will orchestrate the implementation of operations tech solutions while ensuring localization for the Brazilian market, working closely with worldwide tech teams, SME organizations, and ROW tech teams.

Strategic Impact:
• Lead a comprehensive technology roadmap for Brazil operations, encompassing routing, mapping, delivery station technology, and analytics
• Drive integration between global tech solutions and local operational requirements
• Manage cross-functional relationships with tech teams and regional stakeholders
• Oversee implementation of critical initiatives across multiple operational domains

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership:
• Lead end-to-end technology implementation strategies across DSP, routing, maps, DSP, SSD/QC, UTR, and PARP systems
• Drive technical requirements gathering and prioritization with tech teams
• Oversee the development and implementation of localized solutions
• Ensure seamless integration of global tech platforms with Brazil operations

Program Management:
• Manage complex program portfolios across multiple workstreams
• Coordinate with global, ROW Tech and regional teams for feature development and deployment
• Drive operational metrics improvement through technology implementation
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions at scale

Analytics and Data Science:
• Oversee development of analytical frameworks and reporting systems
• Drive data-driven decision making across operational domains
• Lead implementation of predictive models and simulations
• Ensure alignment of tech solutions with business metrics and goals

This position offers the opportunity to shape the tech execution foundation of Amazon's operations in Brazil. You'll work at the intersection of global tech capabilities and local operational needs, driving innovation and efficiency through technical solutions.- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience defining and executing program requirements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- English Language - Reading, Writing and Speaking- Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
