Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in program management, particularly in the data acquisition of machine learning technologies — you've successfully overseen complex projects that require coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders. Your strong understanding of machine learning concepts and technologies enables you to effectively manage the development and evaluation of ML systems, ensuring they meet the high standards required for deployment at scale.

You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, allowing you to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences — whether you're collaborating with data scientists, engineers, or legal teams, you can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience in release management processes for ML systems means you understand the intricacies involved in bringing machine learning applications from concept to reality.

You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of delivering technically complex platform projects — your ability to conceptualize and execute on these projects has been key to your success in previous roles. You thrive in environments where you can manage and coordinate projects with various teams, including vendors and internal partners, to create impactful data assets.

Desirable

Experience with AI applications and their validation processes is a plus — you understand the nuances of evaluating machine learning models and can provide insights that drive improvements.
