Nabis is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead their technology organization and drive high-impact delivery. You'll work closely with Product and Executive teams to set the technical vision and build a strong engineering culture. This role requires experience in scaling engineering teams and expertise in AI/ML-powered platforms.
You have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, ideally in startup or scale-up environments, with a focus on building high-performing, distributed teams. Your experience includes setting technical vision and executing strategic roadmaps in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You possess a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in building scalable software products. You thrive in a hands-on role, capable of operating at both strategic and tactical levels to unblock teams and drive decisions. You are committed to fostering an inclusive and accountable engineering culture, ensuring alignment across diverse teams.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and automation tooling is a plus, as is familiarity with the cannabis industry or similar regulated markets. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and have a passion for mentoring and developing engineering talent.
