Job Description

* Hybrid role, based out of our London King’s Cross office. We’re in the office 3 days a week and remote the rest of the time.

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to seize the significant market opportunity and lead our high-growth UKI & France regions. This is a pivotal executive leadership role reporting directly to the SVP of EMEA.

This executive will serve as the strategic leader for the territory, responsible for crafting and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving exponential revenue growth, and scaling our world-class enterprise sales organization. You will be the face of JFrog in the region, owning the complete business plan, fostering C-level relationships, and building a culture of sustained overachievement.

As an RVP Sales, you will…
  • Strategic GTM Ownership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-year sales and GTM strategy to dominate the UKI & France markets, delivering predictable ARR growth and expanding market share.
  • Executive Leadership & Team Scaling: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performance enterprise sales organization. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and a "mega-deal" mentality.
  • C-Level & Strategic Alliances: Personally engage and build relationships with C-level executives at strategic enterprise accounts. Drive top-to-top alignment with key partners (GCP, AWS, Azure, key SIs) to build a robust ecosystem.
  • Operational & Execution Excellence: Implement and manage a rigorous, data-driven sales methodology, ensuring operational excellence in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal execution.
  • Cross-Functional Command: Act as the "voice of the region," collaborating with global leadership, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure regional needs are met, GTM efforts are fully aligned, and customer adoption is seamless.
  • Business & Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities and emerging market trends, positioning JFrog as the undisputed leader in the DevSecOps and MLOps landscape.
To be an RVP Sales in JFrog you need...
  • Regional Expertise: Demonstrable, deep understanding of the UKI & France markets, including nuanced business cultures, competitive landscapes, and C-level buying behaviors.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required. 
  • Sales Leadership Track Record: 10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership, with a proven track record of scaling teams and consistently exceeding quotas ($XXM+ ARR) in a high-growth SaaS, DevSecOps, or Cloud environment.
  • "Mega-Deal" Acumen: Verifiable experience leading and closing complex, 7-figure+ (Mega Deals) with Fortune 500 / FTSE 100 / CAC 40 enterprises.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute highly effective GTM strategies that translate directly into pipeline generation and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Leadership & Culture: An exceptional leader and talent magnet with a history of hiring, mentoring, and retaining A-players.
  • Executive Presence: Superior communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel ~50% across the region to engage with customers, partners, and your teams.
