Brex is seeking a Sales Recruiter for a 12-month contract to help scale critical business functions. You'll partner with leaders to find exceptional talent and shape the culture at Brex. This role requires experience in recruiting and a passion for building high-performing teams.
You have a strong background in recruiting, ideally with experience in sales or go-to-market roles. You understand the importance of finding exceptional talent and are committed to creating a welcoming candidate experience. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders to meet hiring needs. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, ensuring that each candidate feels valued throughout their journey. As a Sales Recruiter at Brex, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the business by recruiting for critical functions such as Account Executives, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and networking events, and conduct interviews to assess their fit for the roles. You will also manage the candidate experience from initial contact through to offer acceptance, ensuring that each candidate has a positive impression of Brex. You will collaborate with the broader recruiting team to share best practices and continuously improve the recruitment process. Additionally, you will contribute to building a strong employer brand by promoting Brex's culture and values to potential candidates.
